We require a minmum credit score of 580, however we recommend an credit score of 640 or higher.

What are the minmum requirements to qualify for a mortgage?

The minmum requirements to qualifty for a mortgae, two years of full time work history, credit 620 or above, and 3% for down payment

What is the minmum down payment required?

For first time home buyers a minmum down payment of 3%. For non first time home buyers, minmum down payment of 5%.

Do you offer down payment assistance?

Yes, but must meet all the down payment assistace requirements. Min 640 credit, contribute 1% towards the purhcase price, meet the household income requirement, and meet the debt to income requirement to receive assistance up to $10,000.
